“ The food was OK at Burma Silver Star. I had their Pan fried egg noodle 16. This dish was very saucy with a oystersoy gravy and not crispy. Not enough wok flavor. The noodles were the ones you find at a Chinese hot food takeout and tasted the same. The saving grace for this dish was the little side of pickled onions. It added some Burmese flavor to an otherwise boring dish. I was the only customer at 1130 am and service was excellent. ”

The food is really great. The soup noodles tasted like a chicken noodle soup but better! They were also kind enough to substitute noodles for rice for my grandmother who doesnt like noodles.
